Okay ... what am I missing? I click on the link, I go to the site, and I can click on 'Vote Now' and cast a vote, but I don't see any link to see the entries, like it says in the instructions. I downloaded the latest Flash Player ... I registered with the site in case that was required ... and I still don't see a place where you can go and view the entries. I feel really dumb. Help!

Hi Maria
That's odd. I was able to download Flash and view the items. You may need to re-boot your computer to activate Flash. Try a warm boot (ctrl-alt-del x 2) to see if that helps. The menu for the items should come up on the page when your Flash is active. It appears as a dark box with categories, just below the "Vote Now" line.

Thanks ... something is definitely not right, though. I went back and downloaded Flash Player again, and even though it says that it was installed successfully, it still doesn't seem to run, and I still don't see the slideshow ... but I did get that Yahoo toolbar on my browser, so I know something happened when I downloaded. The laptop is only a couple of months old, too, so it should work! I'm going to try it from my boyfriend's laptop and see if it works on his. Ack -- how frustrating!

Hi Maria,
That's really odd. I don't know what browser you're using but perhaps you should open a different browser?
Just a thought.

I tried all of my browsers - safari, IE, and firefox and they all seem to work. Not really sure why yours isn't....Odd.

Finally! I Googled 'Flashplayer download problems' and was led to another site where I downloaded a 'standalone' Flash Player, and now I can see the slide show. Not sure why the one from the Adobe/Macromedia site didn't work, but it also didn't work on my boyfriend's laptop, which is curious, so we both downloaded it from these new sites and it installed with no problem and runs great. We're both running Internet Explorer.

Thanks for all your help! Now I can look at all the entries.
